softhours offers three packages for Kitchener and Waterloo Region events. Package I (Digital) is $549 for 3 hours, with a digital gallery and no prints. Package II (Print) is $699 for 3 hours, with a digital gallery plus unlimited 2×6 instant prints. Package III (Extended) is $899 for 5 hours: everything in Print plus two additional hours.

Booking 6-8 weeks before your event is recommended to secure your date, particularly during peak wedding season (May-October). Last-minute requests are welcome, so reach out regardless of timing.

softhours is based in Kitchener and serves Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and the rest of Waterloo Region. Travel within 50 km of Kitchener is included in every package. Beyond that, a travel fee applies, quoted from your venue address.

Every booking includes a private digital gallery delivered within 48 hours of your event. It contains full-resolution downloads of every photo taken. No login required, no watermarks.

All packages include a custom print layout. Before your event, we design a strip template matched to your theme, colours, fonts, names, and date. For brand activations and corporate events, we add your company logo.

A 50% deposit is required to hold your date. The balance is due one week before your event. Cancellations more than 30 days out receive a full deposit refund. Within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a new date.
